Foot forward Podiatry provides a professional service in the comfort of your own home. Arun is a qualified Podiatrist (BSc) with a Master’s in Sports Rehabilitation (MSc). He is a HCPC registered Podiatrist and a member of the Royal College of Podiatry (RCPod). Arun specializes in the delivery of domiciliary care through home visit appointments.
Appointments General care appointments are 30-45 minutes. First time patients are required to complete a form detailing their medical history, current medication, allergies, date of birth and consent to treatment. This will be completed with help from your Podiatrist at your first appointment. A foot health check will be performed by your Podiatrist at your first appointment, this will then be checked annually. A foot health check consists of checking circulation to the feet with a Doppler ultrasound device, testing the sensation in the feet, assessing the skin and nail condition. This helps to give a snapshot of your overall foot health.
